Public record of every block: registrations (commitments only), accepted ballots (nullifier + ballot hash — never the choice), disqualifications, tallies, and rollup batches. Vote proofs publish hourly from the first ballot, after the hour that contained them closes and the disclosure delay elapses, once the block floor is met, so a person leaving a voting office cannot be matched to a live jurisdiction tick.
